FYI - For anyone planning on tripping out to Santa Cruz Island in the near future...
   
  As part of the Santa Cruz Island Restoration Project, herbicide is being
applied to non-native, invasive plant species in the Scorpion and Smugglers Canyon
areas.
  
This application serves to prevent the spread of non-native invasive plant
species and restore native plant species.

Sprayed plants are marked with blue dye. Avoid contact with these
blue plants or plants within the treatment area.If you do come into contact
with these plants, wash contacted area immediately with soap and water. Do not pick, eat, or remove treated fennel plants or seeds.
