The shark attack was not part of a conspiracy. The prior actions of
the lifeguards may be one... not only for what I already mentioned,
but because I recall about 10 years ago, watching a local news
reporter interview a lifeguard near Topanga Beach. Helicopters video
taped numerous white sharks (likely juveniles) close to swimmers in
the area. The lifeguard said they were NURSE SHARKS!. May have just
said they were giant panda bears. Yes, there are other societal
problems, lots of them, many of them being ignored due to lack of
gossip or entertainment appeal, but I think this one is pretty real
too, and it's one that I'm focusing on.
