[CKF Info] Hully Rollers and the goo they leave behind

I'm going to contact them to see why all the nut and bolts on my three systems are not tightening any more.  Anyone know why this happens too?

  When loading and unloading my boat, the Hully Rollers leave a trail of dark goo on the bottom of my boat.

  1.  How do I get the goo off the bottom of my kayak?  What poisonous chemical is strong enough to remove that junk?

  2.  What's a good way to get the goo off the Hully Roller so it doesn't continue to mark the boat?  

  3.  What causes that goo in the first place?
