If you haven't already found this page, Heal the Bay has a great web-page
dedicated to tracking water quality at beaches up and down the state.
Obviously, it's not real-time... however, you can see how your local beach
has tested both recently and in the past. You can also see how the water
quality is affected by rainfall (the site lists separate wet vs dry scores).
You don't need to wait 'til the 'annual' report card to see if the water
you've been rolling in all year is tainted (or not).
