<BR><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">I am posting this once again to try and drum up some help for these young men. I have posted the site explaining the condition their friend was a victim of. Doesn't sound like a friendly disease.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Apparently they need a place to stay along the Newport Beach area so if anyone is willing to share their house, apt….</FONT>
<BR><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">I also posted my mailing address for the simple reason that if you decide to present them with a donation you can do so through me. Naturally you can make a donation to the below listed foundation or to them directly. I have received a couple envelopes so far but will not open them until the Otter's arrival. I am sure they will appreciate anything you send their way.</FONT></P>

<BR><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">I think you all received the email from the "Rogue Otters" who are paddling from San Francisco to Sand Diego as a benefit to their friend who recently passed away from a horrible blood disease. (I lost the original email so I can't give you the name of the disease) They are looking for help along the way and having been one who went though a tough battle of my own I understand the importance of giving back and helping out those in need.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">In response my wife and I are giving them shelter in our home for a night with a nice meal from our BBQ and a couple bucks for the fund. I am wondering if we could all pitch in, only if you want to, to help out. I have volunteered to help them and thought that if any one wanted to donate some spare change you could send it to me and I will surprise them on CKF's behalf or on your own personal behalf's. I can work with them re: receipts etc. if you like…I just want to help.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Naturally I hope I hope am not imposing and if there are any legal ramifications to this I don't want to know, I just want to help. Any input would be great.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">I paddle out of Marina Del Rey (member of CKF) where I keep my kayak and was thinking, if the timing is right, I could meet you guys there, you could store your yaks for the night and we'll fix up a good BBQ at our place, we're buying, get you rested (you could use our living room floor if you want, not enough room in the bed) and we'll ship you off the next morning. I have tools and tons of duct tape for repairs so if your interested let us know.</FONT></P>
